Self Confidence is an individual's trust in his or her own abilities, capacities or belief that he or she can successfully face day to day challenges and demands. Being a self confident person helps to achieve aim of life. In the beginning of my college life i used to be a very shy kind of a person . This shyness can be due to lack of self confidence as i always thinks that i won't be able to do anything other than studies but slowly and gradually i learnt from my peer and started taking part in all the other co- curricular activities from anchoring to dancing. This boost so much confidence in me that i can see myself a better person from my first year of college life to third year of college life.
